Talented & Inspired Marketing Manager

Your primary mission is to shape and drive the commercial success story of Klaus K Hotel & Hotel AX. In this role, you will balance strategic planning with hands‑on execution to launch impactful marketing initiatives across these vibrant properties.

You will work closely with the hotels' operational teams and commercial teams. You will have our central Marketing Strategist as support. The selected person will report directly to the General Manager.

Main Responsibilities

• Brand Activation: Plan and execute marketing and communication activities across Klaus K Hotel and Hotel AX to directly support commercial targets.
• Strategy & Planning: Help define the marketing strategy, including target demographics, key messaging, timelines, and budget forecasts.
