The Marketing Manager will lead the development and implementation of the marketing model in Mexico, ensuring local operations achieve full synergy with the Company’s global standards, Main Tasks and responsibilities: 1. Digital Ecosystem & Lead Generation Infrastructure Define and guide the development of the digital ecosystem for lead generation. Own website strategy and evolution (WordPress future global structure). Define and implement Lead capture architecture, landing pages strategy & Conversion flows. Ensure alignment with global standards. Establish a scalable and trackable lead acquisition system. 2. Franchise Development Marketing. Define and execute the lead generation strategy for franchise recruitment. Manage and optimize performance campaigns (Google Ads, digital channels).
