Growth Marketing Manager

Remote Team Solutions is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager for one of our U.S.-based clients in the hospitality industry.

This is not a “set it and forget it” marketing role.

We’re looking for a hands-on growth marketer who can take ownership of paid media performance, customer acquisition, CRM initiatives, and campaign optimization across a fast-paced, multi-location restaurant portfolio.

The right person for this role knows how to look at campaign data, identify what is not working, challenge assumptions, and turn insights into measurable growth.

What You’ll Own

• Execute, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Improve key performance metrics such as CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and funnel performance
• Identify growth opportunities across acquisition, retention, and lifecycle marketing
