The Marketing Manager will lead consumer-first category growth by turning insights into actionable 4P strategies across product, price, promotion, and placement. This role is responsible for developing category strategies, driving innovation pipelines, and managing the full product lifecycle from concept to delist. The ideal candidate is a creative, data-driven marketer with strong cross-functional collaboration skills and a passion for food.


Key Responsibilities



Category Strategy & 4P Planning
  • Develop category strategies and growth plans, including price architecture, promotional calendars, assortment roadmaps, and planogram principles. Align KPIs and goals while ensuring clear direction on where to play and how to win.



  • Insight, Data Mining & Trend Analysis
  • Analyze consumer, POS, loyalty, and space data to identify opportunities, size the prize, and craft persuasive category stories. Stay current on emerging food trends...
