Go2STAFFING is partnering with a highly regarded, entrepreneurial commercial real estate asset manager in downtown Toronto that’s looking to add a Marketing Operations & CRM Coordinator to its team. This firm is a direct capital provider, investing across debt and equity for its own account and institutional partners, with a strong reputation for market insight, disciplined risk management, and execution across all major asset classes.

This is a newly created role driven by growth—ideal for someone who enjoys building structure, optimizing systems, and turning marketing data into real business impact. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you’ll play a key role in strengthening CRM infrastructure, improving analytics, and supporting a more scalable, data-driven marketing function.
