Marketing Promotions Specialist

We are looking for a Promotions Specialist / Lead to own the planning, structuring, and execution of promotional campaigns across sportsbook and casino products. This role is responsible for designing commercially viable bonus mechanics, driving player engagement, and ensuring promotions deliver measurable impact on GGR, bonus cost ratios, and player LTV. The ideal candidate balances attractive offers with operational feasibility, financial discipline, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

Promotions Strategy & Calendar

• Develop and manage monthly and quarterly promotions calendars aligned with acquisition and retention goals
• Plan campaigns across sportsbook and casino verticals (e.g., deposit match, cashback, free bets, free spins, leaderboards)
• Align promotional cadence with key sporting events, product launches, and partnership milestones
