Marketing & Sales Assistant, Co-op - Fall 2026

Reporting to the Sales Manager(s), the Marketing & Sales Assistant provides support to the Sales Management team in a variety of areas that support the effective running of the dealership. Duties can include, among other things:

• Assisting in securing financing for customers.
• Administering customer financing processes.
• Creating and web publishing of used car descriptions.
• Contacting current and past customers for various initiatives.
• Printing and posting marketing materials, including hanging tags in vehicles.
• Monitoring, tracking and reporting on customer service surveys.
• Creating various sales reports, capturing data from multiple users.
• Driving vehicles for various purposes.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational, administrative and time management skills
