Marketplace Manager

Viva Aerobus is searching for a Marketplace Manager to oversee and grow seat inventory resale services (buyback, sellback, peer-to-peer, waiting list), driving revenue, ensuring optimal boarded volumes, and executing data-driven strategies to enhance visibility, sales, and profitability across all use cases.

Primary Objectives

• Manage the marketplace portfolio.
• Work closely with third‑party providers and C‑Level executives to define revenue maximization strategies.
• Analyze market trends to detect additional revenue opportunities and lead corrective actions through buying back advanced purchase bookings.
• Constantly review the customer journey and user experience to identify optimizations and improvements (effectiveness of the revenue management process and the user experience).
