Marsh Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Human Resources team at Marsh. This role can be based in Toronto . It is a hybrid role with a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. This is a full‑time, fixed‑term role through the end of the year.

Role Overview

As a Marsh Human Resources Manager , you will coach, support and advise People Managers, aiming to develop and enhance the quality of people management throughout the colleague lifecycle. This role will also include project work to support business success and is a great opportunity for a developing HR Generalist/ER professional to work with People Managers, Business leaders, HR Centers of Excellence (CoE), and the People Function team across the US and Canada.
