The Adjunct Faculty Member in Applied Psychology (Health & Wellness) is a pivotal contributor to our dynamic department, operating under the supervision of the Program Director. This role is centered on academic responsibilities, which encompass crafting course syllabi, delivering approved curricula on campus, and ensuring the seamless integration of theory, research, and practice grounded in best practices within one or more of the concentrations, including Health and Wellness, Human Resources, and Gender and Sexuality. Their dedication to enhancing course content and fostering a rich learning environment is essential, along with serving on thesis committees and acting as a faculty reader for capstone projects. With a focus on promoting social justice and effectively mentoring graduate students, the Adjunct Faculty Member is vital in fulfilling our mission of preparing socially responsible practitioners in Applied Psychology.
