Summary About the Position: The Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) Central Distribution Center (CDC) is located in Germersheim. The mission of the CDC is to support 42 commissaries as well as Nexmarts and embassies throughout Europe and the Middle East. We receive, store and issue semi-perishable subsistence items which are shipped to the customers. Mission is performed in shift work, Monday through Saturday Responsibilities Sets performance requirements; writes formal appraisals, approves leave, and recognizes work accomplishments through formal and informal awards. Maintains production reports and records, identifies problems at the earliest possibility and ensures that accountability is maintained.
