Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) activities to ensure optimal inventory levels and availability of materials.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for MRO-related inquiries and issues within the plant.
- Collaborate with various departments to assess MRO needs and align procurement strategies effectively.
- Conduct regular audits of inventory levels and maintenance processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement and maintain a robust data management system for tracking MRO supplies and usage.
- Required: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in MRO coordination or related roles in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in inventory management systems.
