Position Purpose andSummary
The MBA Program Administrative Assistant will work primarily from the Richmond campuses, providing assistance and administrative support to the faculty, staff and students in the MBA program. 
Key Areas of Accountability
1. Office Administrative Assistance
Acts as the main MBA program liaison/receptionist, greeting all students and guests, answering questions, giving direction, and taking clear and accurate messages. 
Responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support for the MBA Director, MBA Program Manager, and MBA Program Coordinator from the Richmond campuses. 
Assist with all classroom arrangements for the MBA faculty who teach in the Richmond program. Prepare the class list and name tents for all Richmond MBA classes. Support the Richmond faculty and MBA Program Coordinator as needed.
