Meat Clerk - Part Time with Benefits

Homestead Co‑op is hiring a Part‑Time (with Benefits) Meat Clerk at our Portage La Prairie Food Store location. The deadline for applications is June 11, 2026.

What you’ll do:

Reporting to the Meat Manager, your duties will include, but are not limited to: merchandising of product ensuring department standards are met, quality control, packaging, meat cutting, housekeeping and inventory control.

Who you are:

• You have excellent customer service skills, communication skills and the ability to problem solve.
• You are highly motivated.
• You possess strong interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends.
• Have a valid driver's license (would be considered an asset).
