Mechanical Construction, Field Services Lead

We are seeking a Mechanical Site Engineer to join a growing buildings team on a full‑time, on‑site basis in Vancouver. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with multidisciplinary teams, supporting both construction and design coordination while ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and performance. You will play a key role in delivering a critical projects in health care, education, and commercial buildings that will have long‑term impact on the community and environment.

What You’ll Do

• Perform field services to ensure construction aligns with design, budget, and schedule.
• Manage construction administration processes from tender through project closeout.
• Coordinate RFIs, change orders, shop drawings, submittals, and project documentation.
• Review mechanical shop drawings for design compliance, codes, and constructability.
• Conduct site inspections, document issues, and recommend corrective actions.
