Broadway is seeking an experienced Mechanical Estimator to enhance its team. In this role, you will apply your knowledge of HVAC systems and building codes while managing multiple projects. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of two years in mechanical estimating, strong communication skills, and proficiency in relevant software.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare accurate mechanical estimates for projects
• Review blueprints and technical drawings
• Manage submissions through Procurement & Bid Portals
• Ensure compliance with BC Building Code and ASHRAE standards
• Support project teams with detailed reports and updates
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in construction or engineering
