Site Superintendent – Mechanical Construction

Location: Hamilton, Brant, Haldimand & Norfolk Areas (depending on the project assigned)

Pay Rate: $125,000-$135,000 (Based on experience)

Schedule: Monday to Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Note: Hours may vary depending on site/project requirements)

Tenure: Permanent, Full Time

We are currently hiring Site Superintendents/Site Foreman to support mechanical construction projects across active school sites in the Hamilton and Brant/Haldimand/Norfolk areas.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily on-site mechanical construction activities at school project sites
• Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and site staff
• Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to schedule
