Mechanical Site Manager (HVAC)

Role based in Frankfurt, Germany - Rotation plan available Fohntech Group are looking experienced Mechanical Site Manager (HVAC) to join their in Frankfurt. This role is responsible for managing and supervising all HVAC works, including contractors and specialist sub-contractors, to ensure timely and compliant delivery of mechanical systems. Key Responsibilities: Supervise the HVAC scope from pre-construction to system turnover. Assist the Mechanical Lead with construct-ability reviews and planning sessions with Client and Design Teams. Ensure projects are adequately resourced with skilled personnel, plant, tools, and temporary facilities. Engage with Design, Commissioning, and Client teams to achieve scheduled system turnovers. Adhere to site SOPs, health and safety regulations, and project Quality Plan criteria. Direct and manage assigned staff and subcontractors.
