**Duties & Responsibilities:**

現在，BIの肺線維症・炎症領域では，国内におけるメディカル活動をリードするMA（Medical Advisor）を必要としています。グローバル開発戦略に沿い，チームメンバーと協働し，Evidence Generationや，専門家に対する疾患啓発を進めていく役割です。
国内における呼吸器領域のアンメットメディカルニーズを理解し，臨床研究の基本的な知識とプロジェクトを適切にマネージする能力，また外部専門家（External Experts）とのコミュニケーション，アドバイザリーボード会議や承認後の薬剤の価値最大化・適正使用に必要なメディカルプランも検討していく長期的な視野を持った人材を求めています。

In Respiratory field, we need MA (Medical Advisors) to lead medical activities in Japan. MA is expected to collaborate with team members to promote evidence generation and disease awareness among specialists aligned with the global development strategy,.
Understand the unmet medical needs of respiratory diseases in Japan with basic knowledge of clinical research and project management, and communication skill with external experts.
