Role Responsibilities

Strategic support and communications

  • Support team Product Manager in strategic and tactical planning with regards to medical analyses
  • Collaborate with team Product manager to communicate insights generated

Planning and conduct analytics

  • Prepare and maintain datasets for content and channel analytics
  • Track asset- and channel-specific engagement metrics to guide MCCDH activities
  • Develop and implement analytical tools (e.g., machine learning) to optimize channel mix/activations and content orchestrations
  • Evaluate engagement success of content (e.g., A/B testing) for specific channels to guide content creation
  • Analyze preference of HCP segments to support content personalization and tailor engagement planning
  • Ensure visualization / insights generation from data is easily accessible and understandable for users
