Medical Assistant/Patient Service Representative-Mount Sinai Doctors Medical Group - Full Time - Days

**Job Description**

Responsible for effectively and efficiently providing patient procedures as ordered by the physician under the guidance of licensed medical staff (LPN, RN, NP or MD). Provides clerical support necessary for efficient and effective functioning of the office.

**Qualifications**

+ High School Diploma/GED with completion of Training Certificate from an approved Medical Assistant certificate course. Certified Medical Assistant preferred.
+ Certification as a Medical Assistant or two (2) years relevant work experience preferred
+ CMA/RMA Required - National Certification
