Responsibilities

• Servicing multi-modality, AX/XP Imaging Equipment in the Palm Springs, CA area. Customer Service Engineer II based on prior experience.
• Install, troubleshoot, repair and perform preventative maintenance on Siemens Healthcare systems at customer sites with minimal supervision.
• Deliver timely and effective repairs and provide adequate training of operators to ensure optimal system performance and superior customer satisfaction.
