?Provides timely professional responses regarding AZ (and other) products to healthcare professionals and internal customers utilising standard responses and documentation.
? Delivers medical information responses by telephone, written communication or AZ website, as appropriate
? Creates and maintains up to date standard responses in accordance with regulatory and compliance requirements
? Within own area of responsibility, ensures that response to unsolicited questions/inquiries regarding off-label information is only communicated on behalf of the company by scientifically trained personnel. Any response must be based on objective scientific data presented in a balanced manner.
? Maintains up to date knowledge of AZ therapeutic areas and products plus competitor products
? Maintains up to date knowledge of library facilities, information retrieval systems and information technology
