We are seeking an enthusiastic, mature-minded Receptionist to join our Consulting Suites Team in a part-time capacity.
You must be a team player with a high level of customer service skills and a positive attitude! The successful applicant should demonstrate excellent organisational and communication skills, be highly motivated, and display a high level of attention to detail.
Role Requirements:
- Receptionist/Administration duties.
- Answer and respond to a high volume of telephone calls courteously and professionally.
- Patient billing, receipting, and banking.
- Booking patient appointments.
Skills and Experience:
- Flexibility in working hours
- Medical reception/admin experience preferred.
- Multitasking required in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, excellent customer service skills.
