Care for seniors at Aspira Yorkton Crossing as a Medication Care Partner. Your compassionate support during night shifts ensures residents live with dignity and comfort.
This temporary, full-time position entails 75 hours biweekly on a night schedule from Tuesday to Saturday. You will manage medication administration and assist residents in daily activities while closely monitoring their health and well-being. Your presence will significantly contribute to creating a warm and inviting atmosphere in the home.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer medication following required procedures
• Aid residents with daily living support tasks
• Observe and record changes in health metrics
• Accompany residents to dining and activities
• Quickly respond to nursing system requests
Requirements:
• Certification in Personal Support Worker or relevant training
• Medication Administration certification preferred
