Mental Health & Addictions Intake Navigator

A community health center in Ontario seeks a Mental Health and Addictions Intake/Care Coordinator to manage intake assessments and facilitate access to services. Candidates must have a Bachelor of Social Work and three years of clinical experience, with a strong understanding of mental health services relevant to First Nations. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to navigate complex service environments. Knowledge of traditional healing practices is a plus.
