Big Brothers Big Sisters of Winnipeg has been providing mentoring to Winnipeg's youth for 55 years. As we diversify and grow, develop innovative programs, and serve more youth in Winnipeg through creative collaborations, we are looking for a full‑time Mentoring Specialist to complete all aspects of program delivery.

This position will work within a variety of our youth‑mentoring programs and the applicant must have the keen ability to interact joyfully with people of all ages and cultural backgrounds. An interest in social service work that is anti‑oppressive and strength‑based. The ability to see people in context and see issues from multiple perspectives is crucial. Applicants should be comfortable interacting with people over the telephone, in‑home, at school, and through email/text, and be able to multitask and stay well‑organized.
