As a Compensation Analyst in the Rewards practice, you will work with a broad range of clients and industries, participating as an integral member of project teams to diagnose issues and design strategic human resource solutions that support client success. You will be responsible for providing crucial quantitative and qualitative analytical support to senior consultants and drawing meaningful conclusions from client and market data.
