Merchandise Planning and Programs Specialist

As the Merchandise Planning and Programs Specialist, you will ensure the smooth execution of merchandising planning and programs and help to facilitate cross‑functional coordination, operational efficiency, and timely delivery of key initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining the Home Hardware Seasonal Planning Calendar. Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure timelines, dependencies, and objectives are clearly articulated and adhered to. Help track deliverables and ensure timely communication with stakeholders.
• Assist with Financial Planning & Forecasting to support the Merchandising Manager in developing the Annual Financial Plan. Aid in the quarterly re‑forecasting process by collecting data, preparing reports, and maintaining a 12‑month forecast view.
