The Home Depot is seeking a motivated Merchandising Supervisor with open availability from 6 am to 3 pm, Monday to Friday. This pivotal role requires supervising, training, and coaching a team of Merchandising Associates. You'll drive merchandising strategies, execute seasonal resets, and oversee activities such as stocking and signage management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise, coach, and develop Merchandising Associates
• Manage performance and development of direct reports
• Collaborate with store leaders on merchandising strategies
• Assist associates with stocking and product organization
• Ensure POP and signage adhere to planogram standards
Requirements:
• 1+ years of supervisory experience in retail
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
