This person will be responsible for ensuring the continuity, stability, and efficiency of the company's messaging and collaboration services by providing Level 3 technical support in Microsoft Exchange, hybrid Exchange Online, and Microsoft 365 environments. They will manage and support platforms such as Office 365, Teams, and OneDrive, ensuring timely incident resolution, controlled change implementation, and accurate documentation of processes and testing.
