Our client is a founder-owned, profitable DTC portfolio. Three brands in personalized gifting and home decor. 100+ team, bootstrapped, no outside capital, scaling toward 8-figures/month.
The role
Sit alongside the Head of Media Buying as a second senior operator on Meta. Today the channel runs $50K/day baseline and $200–250K/day at peak. You'll own daily campaign management, optimization, and the experiments the Head doesn't have time to run.
This is not a follow the SOP seat. It's a pattern recognition seat.
What you'll do
- Daily campaign management across three Meta ad accounts
- Spot non-obvious patterns and translate them into scale
- Build-outs, audience testing, creative testing, budget rebalancing
- Hit ROAS / MER targets
- Report daily/weekly to the Head of Media Buying
