Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Area Administration:
- Enforces internal policies and the company’s Work Rules.
- Manages disciplinary actions when applicable (from verbal warnings to suspensions).
- Oversees permits, vacation schedules, and personnel movements.
- Reports workforce changes and overtime hours using internal formats and systems.
- Leads daily meetings with line supervisors.
- Maintains constant communication with area leaders and reports relevant situations to the immediate manager.
- Supports the maintenance and improvement of +QDIP boards.
- Coordinates support with Maintenance and Engineering to ensure operational continuity.
- Plans the production floor based on orders released by Production Control.
