Description

Role Responsibilities:
Own the end-to-end lifecycle of AHU engineering software solutions, from requirements definition to deployment and sustainment.
Translate engineering rules into scalable, maintainable solutions using Java.
Drive technical decision-making, including architecture, implementation approach, and tool selection.
Act as the primary point of contact for feasibility assessments, technical evaluations, and solution design.
Develop flowcharts, layouts, and documentation to identify requirements and solutions.
Write well-designed, testable code.
Integrate software components into a fully functional software system.
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
Lead team coordination efforts, including task prioritization, workload distribution, and execution tracking.
