Microsoft 365 Copilot Workflow Architect – Clinical Documentation Pilot (Ontario Healthcare)

We are a 70-person clinical psychology clinic in Ontario seeking a highly experienced Microsoft 365 Copilot workflow architect to design a structured AI-assisted psychoeducational report system.

Current state:

• 12–15 hours per report
• Manual integration of test scoring outputs
• Formatting instability in Word
• Significant opportunity for structured AI interpretation under clinician supervision

Objective:

Reduce report preparation time to 3–5 hours while maintaining clinical, regulatory, and documentation standards.

Scope:

• Redesign Word report architecture with protected styles
• Create structured test score data tables
• Build modular Copilot prompt framework
• Ability to implement structured AI documentation systems that preserve individual clinician voice while standardizing report architecture
• Maintain PHIPA-compliant Microsoft tenant workflow
