OntarioMD is seeking a Microsoft Business Systems Analyst to play a key role in enhancing and maintaining the organization’s corporate technology platforms. In this role you will help drive the evolution, optimization, and ongoing maintenance of corporate business systems, primarily Microsoft Dynamics CRM, SharePoint, and the corporate website.

System Support and Optimization

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for changes related to corporate business systems (primarily MS Dynamics CRM, SharePoint and the corporate website).
• Manage and prioritize user requests in alignment with the product roadmap release schedule.
• Coordinate with the internal IT team and occasionally external vendors to support the implementation of system enhancements, integrations, and new functionality.
