What you’ll be doing

Co‑op Analyst – Mid‑Market Investment Banking Group

Assist analysts, associates, and senior bankers in executing all facets of the group’s mandates. This includes researching industries, potential buyers, and public valuation metrics; building in‑depth financial models of acquisitions and recapitalizations; and preparing extensive written documents such as business development proposals and confidential information memorandums.

Key Responsibilities

• Research industries, potential buyers and public valuation metrics.

• Collaborate with senior bankers and cross‑functional teams.
