Mid-Market Property and Casualty Underwriter

Join our Vancouver team as a Senior Underwriter in the Property and Casualty sector, focused on the Mid-Market. This full-time role requires being present in the office at least two days a week to strengthen broker connections.
This position demands a seasoned professional with 5 to 7 years of commercial lines underwriting experience. You will assess risks, coach junior staff, and lead initiatives to enhance processes and efficiency. Your efforts in quoting and negotiating will ensure profitable business relationships with brokers and impactful underwriting practices.
