Ayr Welding is looking for a Licensed 433A Millwright – Field Service Technician based out of Ayr, ON.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who wants:

• Variety in work (multiple sites & equipment)
• Independence in the field
• Real troubleshooting—not repetitive maintenance
• RRSP matching up to 4%
• 44-hour work week + OT opportunities

You’ll work across Southwestern Ontario on installs, repairs, and upgrades—either independently or with a small team.
