Purpose: Reporting to the Chief Mine Engineer, the Mine Engineering Graduate is responsible for the coordination and delivery of mine engineering services.

Responsibilities

• Develop short‑ to medium‑term (0–12 months) mine plans and schedules.
• Conceptual design and evaluation of mine design and scheduling options.
• Participate in the preparation of first‑principle cash‑flow modelling.
• Monitor and evaluate production stoping QA/QC.
• Provide support to continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.
