In this role, reporting to the Health and Safety Manager, your focus will be on promoting Minto’s integrated health and safety program. You will partner with Minto Properties Inc. and Minto Apartment REIT to ensure all operations comply with the Ontario Occupational Health and Safety Act. Your responsibilities involve site inspections, audits, and monitoring legislative changes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with Minto Properties Inc. and Minto Apartment REIT
• Ensure compliance with Ontario OHSA and internal policies
• Conduct inspections and maintain site presence
• Monitor effectiveness of safety programs
• Support construction projects and facilitate safety committees
