Mobile Team Supervisor – Overnight Operations

Position Summary

The Mobile Team Supervisor provides hands‑on leadership and support to Mobile Patrol and static site operations during evening and overnight shifts. The role focuses on the mobile team’s alarm response coordination, field support, incident escalation, training, and maintaining consistent service standards across after‑hours operations. The role supports consistent client service standards and professional response delivery.

Acting as the primary after‑hours escalation contact for Mobile Patrol matters, the Mobile Team Supervisor plays a key role in guard deployment decisions, task prioritization, and coordination between Mobile Operations, Security Operations Centre (SOC), and camera monitoring. This will result in effective response coverage, operational continuity, and 100% fulfilment of services.
