Mold Shop Supervisor

A leading Tier 1 automotive manufacturing company in Querétaro is looking for a highly experienced Tool Room Supervisor to join its plastics operation.

We are searching for a hands‑on leader with strong technical expertise in injection molds, tooling maintenance, and shop floor supervision within high-volume automotive environments.

• Experience supervising Tool Room / Mold Shop operations
• Strong background in plastic injection molds maintenance & repair
• Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance for molds
• Experience with hot runner systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mold adjustments
• Familiarity with machining equipment (lathe, milling, grinding, etc.)
• Ability to lead technicians and coordinate priorities in a fast‑paced production environment
• Automotive industry experience preferred (IATF environment)...
