Monogastric Key Account Manager - Responsibilities

  • Build and grow strategic relationships with key swine and poultry producers across Ontario.
  • Drive sales and adoption of hygiene, biosecurity, and water quality solutions, delivering measurable improvements in animal health and production performance.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on products and programs, demonstrating their value through on‑farm application and results.
  • Partner with producers to identify challenges and implement practical, value‑driven solutions using technologies and protocols.
  • Lead territory planning, prospecting, and account development to achieve ambitious growth targets.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with nutrition, sales, and technical teams to deliver a full‑solution approach.
  • Support and develop reseller (sub‑dealer) networks through training, product knowledge, and sales enablement.
