What you will be doing:

The Mortgage Accounting Clerk (MAC) provides administrative support to Scotia Mortgage Authority (SMA), Home Financing Solutions (HFS), eHOME, and Real Estate Secured Lending (RESL). You’ll deliver high‑quality service to Mortgage Fulfilment Officers (MFOs), Underwriters, Solicitors, and customers by accurately processing entries in a timely manner. Responsibilities include posting, verifying, and balancing entries using Forms Free Teller (FFT), Wire Payments, Term Lending System (TLS), and ScotiaConnect, preparing payout statements, and managing bridge loan payouts and discharge requests in line with Scotiabank policies.
