The Opportunity

Supporting the underwriting and credit decision process by reviewing required documentation and applying due diligence. Escalating inaccuracies or risks. The role also enhances the relationship with mortgage brokers and external partners.

How you will contribute:

• Establishes and maintains positive relationships with mortgage brokers to build loyalty to the Company
• Maintains positive relationships with external partners such as mortgage insurers, appraisers, title insurance companies, and solicitors
• Adjudicates mortgage applications within established authority limits while ensuring adherence to policies and guidelines
