Become a vital part of Movati's Member Experience team in Burlington, Ontario. As a Supervisor, your focus will be on coaching your team while enhancing member engagement and service.
In this role, you will support the Experience Manager, guiding and motivating your staff to reach sales targets. Your people-centric approach is crucial as you interact with both current and prospective members, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. The goal is to ensure every individual feels welcomed and valued when visiting the Club.
