Description
As a Senior Dynamics 365 FSCM Consultant in an AMS role, you will be expected to:
Provide functional leadership and subject matter expertise across Dynamics 365 FSCM modules in a managed services environment.
Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, translating operational requirements into scalable and supportable solutions.
Lead solution design and architecture decisions for enhancements, integrations, and optimizations.
Deliver L2/L3/L4 application support, including issue analysis, root cause identification, and long-term remediation.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, system performance optimization, and adoption of Dynamics 365 best practices.
Support change management, regression testing, and release management activities for minor enhancements.
Collaborate with technical teams, vendors, and offshore/onshore AMS resources.
