Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with renting musical instruments and gear
- Demonstrate product features to help customer decisions
- Manage customer inquiries via phone and email
- Maintain a knowledgeable stance on products and services
- Create an inviting shopping workplace through merchandising
Requirements
- Must be an experienced musician or sound engineer
- Ability to demonstrate basic PA system setup
- Physically capable of lifting up to 65 lbs
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Availability for weekday, weeknight, and weekend shifts
