Responsibility and main duties
- Responsible for the level of IT coverage of business processes exploiting the best of the current solutions for all the country (SAP will be extended to other Mexican plants)
- SAP is the main tool, but the Business Analyst will be responsible to identify other complementary IT solutions and support its implementation and maintenance.
- Responsible for the analysis and the specification of the changes needed (new business or technological requirements) and guarantee the expected results.
- Interacts with his peers at local and regional level to propose solutions and promote best practices adoption.
- Responsible for the software life cycle management (request, specification, development, test, go-live and maintenance) for all solutions under his responsibility.
- May act as Project Manager for small to medium size projects.
